St Mathew's Fair, known as 'Matějská pouť' to the locals, is the most popular and most visited fair in the Czech Republic, held annually in the spring months in the Prague Exhibition Grounds. It is the first spring fair in Europe dating back to the 16th century. There are some 120 attractions, including rollercoasters, carousels, waterfalls, virtual reality machines, cannonballs, houses of horror, and more.
