Alena Ježková is an acclaimed Czech writer and publicist who predominantly focuses on Czech history, tales and legends. An author of more than 20 books and a laureate of 20+ literary awards.

Vojtěch Šeda is a notable Czech illustrator with a distinctive art style, and a creator of many history-inspired graphic novels.

Prague Royal Route

The historical route through Prague centre was established in the 1400s with Powder Gate Tower as a monumental entrance. Through here, coronation processions of Czech kings used to enter the Royal Route leading all the way to the Prague Castle situated on a hill across the river.
