The lodge offered two separate restaurants for dining. The River Rock, which was where we had most of our meals, was a personal favorite. They have the most scenic outdoor seating area that looked out onto the golf course and over the water. It was honestly hard to want to sit anywhere else, especially when the sun was setting! It’s a bit more affordable than the Cascade Dining Room and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the wood fired pizzas, however we also tried the fish tacos, nachos, and parmesan fries… and let me tell you… we cleaned house!

Rest is important
Sometimes I just don't have the time to get away for a week at a time. Work is crazy, I can't get out of the office, my PTO is running out and I just can't make it happen. I'm all for working hard, but my body, my mind, and my heart need a little relaxation sometimes, which is why I always opt for a good 'ol fashioned stay-cation.
