Thanks to its aspect on the slopes, it has the benefit of distinctive brick terraces, laced with a networks of paths, complemented by modern features and a number of newly planted trees and flower borders. The garden offers an unconventional vista of the lower part of the New Town by the Vltava river, and from its upper part a beautiful view of the University campus and the Church of St Apollinaire.
