The vine terraces were gradually cleaned and reinforced with stone. This decade-long restoration effort included the planting of over 6,000 vines across 1 hectare, with a focus on high-quality Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Red Riesling varietals. In the last stage of the winery’s construction, the winery building with all the technological facilities was completed. Each grape is handpicked and gently processed in a pneumatic press. Jabloňka winery takes pride in their hands-on winemaking approach, using modern technology and solar energy for their grape processing. The winery offers crafting and selling exceptional wines and provides specialized services such as custom labels to personalize your wines or take part in a guided tasting experience amid the picturesque vineyards.
